MEDITATION TECHNIQUES.
By Peter Hindle more... As a beginner in this path, this is how I go about meditating. I often find that I can concentrate best late at night before I go to sleep. It does often help to have some calm, quietly on in the background. Make sure the room is warm enough and position yourself either sitting comfortably in an arm chair or sitting up in bed. Don't be afraid to move at any time if you are uncomfortable!
Allow yourself 5 minutes or so to completely relax and feel the calm and peace within yourself, letting go all the cares of the day.
Spend another 5 minutes breathing deeply. Either just breathe steadily, or set 5 seconds asid less | My Tunes

There is no way either of our parents would allow us to own or have an Ouija board in our possession, so we decided to make our own with poster board and scissors. Son or Friend? STORY....
After a few of the usual Sunday evening hymns, more...the church's pastor once again slowly stood up, walked over to the pulpit, and gave a very brief introduction of his childhood friend.
With that, an elderly man stepped up to the pulpit to speak, "A father, his son, and a friend of his son were sailing off the Pacific Coast," he began, "when a fast approaching storm blocked any attempt to get back to shore. The 26 Guards........STORY
While serving at a small field hospital in more...Africa, every two weeks I traveled by bicycle through the jungle to a nearby city for supplies. This was a journey of two days and required camping overnight at the halfway point. On one of these journeys, I arrived in the city where I planned to collect money from a bank, purchase medicine and supplies, and then begin my two-day journey back to the field hospital. Upon arrival in the city, I observed two men fighting, one of whom had been seriously injured. I treated him for his injuries and at the same time talked to him about the Lord.
