 | | Posted Mar 16, 08 by Michael-Wraith Ooops... all comments of LU being Live Universal and not LiveUniverse... should've been edited. :) Report CommentProcessing.... |
 | Posted Mar 16, 08 by Michael-Wraith LAST ONE, I PROMISE :) --#2 Continued from previous post-- 2. LiveUniverse and its assets of Online Communities really do keep the original dreams of its creators. (again, by observing its currently owned online communities.)
This is just an opinion, more...but not necessarily a good intervention. (Of course, if reporting certain investors or parties of interest, you should keep your sources anonymous. :) or even interview some parties or investors with interest.. ?) This is so long, lol, I should've BLOGGED this instead. Or maybe just the rantings of an observer.. :)

 | Posted Mar 10, 08 by producedan The world needs Stage6. Most other vid sites don't even come close. I actually lost sleep over this whole Stage6 thing. Report CommentProcessing.... |
 | Posted Mar 15, 08 by SaveStage6 Divx cannot make up their mind. They told me last week they would be willing to sell the site again and restore it. Then I kept making offers and working hard to move the ball forward. Then their banker and lawyer told me today. NO DEAL. I said tell me more...what you want to sell for if not for what i offered. They basically indicated the Board didnt want to sell it to me because they didnt like dealing with me and didnt like my press release! I tried to explain they have a fiduciary duty to shareholders. To maximize value. Didnt sink in....I was talking to messenger! Any ideas? less Report CommentProcessing.... |
 | Posted Mar 16, 08 by Michael-Wraith I find it interesting on the behalf of DivX Inc. that they believe that it is in the best interest of itself and Its share-holders that their current "Tactic" to dilute their shares for tax purposes, will mutually benefit DivX and Share-holders. If this more...is their tactic... then they (DivX Inc.) has been using this Strategy over the past 6 Quarters. And on the press release.. ??!! Press release did not affect DivX current market status. Apparently their consistent inability to meet the previous Quarterly report Outlook has diminished it's own price, independent of any Press Release. If you listen to March 11's Press Release and Q&A Conference call session, Kevin Hell did not articulate himself very well, and avoided direct questions posed by large investors and major Media Anchormen/Anchorwomen. The conference call recording (audio only) is, by self report, located in the Investors section of DivX.com. Many suddenly became placated after the same question was posed 2 or 3 different times to find a "connect the dots" answer. Kevin and Analyst group kept throwing consistent terminology that their Investor audience could not follow (with the exception of some of the media). While some can understand "Revenue Outlook in/for Q4" or "Q3 to Q1 of next FY" as well as "Risk Analysis of current FY" and then later talk of "Diluted shares for the purpose of" this that and the other "benefits of working with percentages of Diluted shares"... while some can see the "Connect the dots" it seemed obvious that the conference call with Investors and others... never had their questions answered. I think (I think) that this conference call and Quarterly report was more damaging than any "Press Release" that only shed light to interested parties (i.e. Investors and Stage6 community members). As what do do... (sorry about length) it's difficult to proceed without engaging in hostile negotiations. Proof of there market worth in conjunction to any press-release can be seen: (Cont. in next comment. Sorry about Length) less Report CommentProcessing.... |
