Day eleven of the Cannes Film Festival continued on with great excitement.

In February 2009 Belgian artist Wim Tellier went to the South Pole to create the first art installation on Antarctica. 6 gigantic pictures (800m² each) of sunbathing elderly persons were brought   more...together on the coldest place on earth. The photos weighed 3000kg and were laid out covering a 30.000m² snowfield. Wim Tellier photographed the installation with a DPM in extreme temperatures reaching -58°C.  less
