Second, there’s the Newsnight (BBC) and their report on UFO sightings - and crop circles, featuring a rare interview with Doug Bower, who along with his friend Dave hoaxed many crop circles in the UK and are generally credited by the UK media with hoaxing the vast majority (if not all) of the early crop circles with wooden boards and wire eyelets attached to their caps.....

The third video clip is of Mr McGonagle from Goldenhill was one of the members of the public who pressured the MOD via FoIA requests (prior to this release) as he speaks of the release (audio).
"Since the Freedom of Information Act was introduced, three of us put together £1,800 to pay for FOI requests....We made full use of the act. We have been trying to get the MoD to release this information, but they have always refused, on the grounds that it would take too much work.....The pressure has increased on the MoD because of all the FOI requests they have received..... Between the three of us we have filed dozens and dozens of requests for information about UFOs.....We have probably filed between 120 and 150 FOI requests between us in three years."
The files, which have been transferred by the MoD to the National Archives, also contain briefing papers for a House of Lords debate about UFOs in 1979.

Tether like UFOs filmed in the UK in 2006 from the ground. Pause this vid between 0:50 and 0:59 and compare that to the UFOs on my high quality Tether video. Even though it is comparing colored video   more...from the ground to ultra violet in space the striking similarities are there. Yes I have seen the videos of people filming Venus and the only real similarities are that they are both round. In the Venus vids there is no small slit on the side, no real detail to the object, it does not move or float in the sky, hasn't been filmed in day time, doesn't have energy waves pulsing around it, does not get extremely bright all the sudden, nor wobble and change shape. Look North, Leeds UFO Report – February 2007

A short report on the UFO phenomenon presented on the UK TV show, “This Morning.” As is par for the course it’s a rather watered down and inherently bias viewpoint. It still seems that the fear of ridicule   more...permeates and taints the belief systems of the mainstream media, whose jovial demeanour and dismissive attitudes do nothing to further any serious investigation into this much misunderstood phenomena.

This is obvious with the first minute or so of the broadcast, with Holmes claiming there are hundreds of yearly sightings while the report states there is one every three minutes!! (That means 20 per hour, 480 per day, 3360 per week, 13340 per month and a staggering 161280 a year!!)  less
