Here I am out for a day of flying at the field. Here's what happens when you have hidden bearing damage in the tail.

I recently converted my Raptor 30 to a Raptor 50 and now that the engine is broken in I am giving it a small workout. There are some loops, backflips, barrel rolls, side loops, figure 8's and a short   more...inverted hover. I am still fairly new with the hobby and only do basic flight no hard 3D yet. Went to my first RC bike race last week... at Skipton. Was really good, and hope to join the next race - just need a lot more practise.

Here I am doing some more practicing of basic stunts, inverted hovers, inverted flights down the runway, rolls and more.

Here I am practicing some Rolls on Axis and some flipping take offs. It was very windy, about 30 MPH gusts that can be heard throughout the vid. This machine now has about 6 gallons of fuel through   more...her, 4 of them since yesterday.  less

1st person point of view from a RC Helicopter

(dammit)... no lightning!

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the camera and then get the window open in time to catch the really spectacularly loud peal of thunder. However, at the very beginning, you can hear the low rumble   more...of the second (and last) peal of thunder.

I have been hoping for YEARS to catch this on video. Sorry it isn't better...

It sounds like it is raining but after checking with someone who was outside at the time, I found it wasn't. It was just the wind in the trees and some very heavy flakes that made it sound like rain.

Moments later, the snow started coming down thicker and faster.  less
