Mordeth was graceful enough to swap bikes and let me ride his scooter instead. I was having a hard time keeping up with him, as the suspension was shot on my uncle's scooter.

I did not know the route that these scooter guys were taking, so I just followed along. Interestingly enough, I come across a familiar convenience store that I've seen several times.

Taiwan's country roads are awesome and amazing! I really have to say that Taiwan's twisty and relatively smooth roads are really amazing. I suspect that the roads remain in good condition because of   more...the relative light weight of the vehicles traveling on it. That's just my guess. In the video, I also point out where I found rope on the side of the road. Yeah. Oh snap. I was in trouble.  less

Finding this rope in the wilderness is like finding gold on the side of the road. Towing my fat ass was not easy.

We hunt for a repair shop. Although we made it back to civilization, it's a Sunday, and the shops are closed! We were really worried. I ask Victor about his bike and the upgrades. Quite nice.
