Robotnik invents a gum to make anyone who has it run as fast as Sonic and uses it on Grounder to catch him, but Grounder loses control and crashes, making him throw the gum out of his mouth. Then, Tails   more...wishes he wants to go as fast as Sonic so he could catch all the fun things that he's been missing and he steps on the gum, giving him Sonic Speed, but Tails abuses it to do good, but instead creates more trouble. Then, he finds Grounder, who's dressed up as a little girl, comes up to Tails and tells him that some tough guy stole his lollipop and tricks Tails. Can Sonic manage to get Tails out of deeper trouble.
