Flashinbg lights outside and my wife says "why don't you see what's going on"
Apparently some guy two houses down was holed up inside with a gun and possibly holding his wife.
The direct neighbors   more...were evacuated and police set-up roadblocks.
Officers took positions all around the house with their weapons drawn and called out several times for the suspect to "Come out with your hands up." to no avail.
A sharpshooter took up a position atop the County building across the street and police dogs were brought in.
Eventually polices approached the back of the house and apprehended the suspect.
Just a sleepy little city in Central New York.  less

I’m off of the Lovastatin cholesterol drugs, I had a bad reaction to them, I’m also having a bad reaction to Hillary Clinton and her campaign tactics. If Hillary continues to lie about Barack Obama and   more...she does somehow finagle her way into the top spot and manages to get the Democratic Nomination, John McCain will beat her in November and all will be lost. Barack Obama is our only hope for taking back the Whitehouse and the super majorities we need in the House and Senate.  less

Its a well known fact that most dogs hate cats, or if not hate, will chase and play rough! However, this fully grown Yorkshire Terrier (her name is Chloe) has a bit of a problem in two ways, one, she's   more...in Cyprus where cats are everywhere and their numbers are going out of control, and two, even a young cat is actually bigger than her.

So, because of this, she's all mouth, and although she will try and intimidate them and do her best to scare them off she will still never touch or attack them, more likely the other way round!
