Late into the investigation on the 3rd floor of the Waverly Hills Sanatorium, Eric makes a slight positioning mistake when Heather is walking in front of him! : )

NAPI is wrapping up the first floor investigation of the Waverly Hills Sanatorium when Heather hears footsteps coming down the hall from behind. Unfortunately you cannot hear them in this video.

As we continue our investigation of the first floor at the Waverly Hills Sanatorium, we come across the morgue. It still had one of the original body lockers in it! Very cool stuff!

This next clip is nearing the end of the first floor investigation of the Waverly Hill Sanatorium. While we were just shooting footage at this time of this floor right at the beginning of this video you   more...will hear something running hard on the floor above us (2nd floor). There are a couple of interesting & ironic points here, first the area that we hear the running above us is the hallway to the cafeteria on the second floor where we experienced the most activity that night, secondly you will note that right when you hear the running start, Luke had settled on the word "Run" that was painted on the wall which we found kind of ironic. During NAPI's investigation of the first floor there was an unexplained power drop on Eric's camcorder. Right after that at the 48 second mark on this video you will hear a dog bark, you will hear one   more...again at the 1:02 & 1:40 mark as well, both sounded like they were coming from inside the building, there were no dogs there that night. The story that is associated with the dog at Waverly Hills is some years ago before the property was taken over by the Mattingly's there was a homeless man with a little white dog that used to stay there. One night some vandals broke into the Sanatorium and pushed the homeless man & his dog down the elevator shaft on the 5th floor killing them both. We are at the end of our investigation of the second floor of the Waverly Hills Sanatorium. Nothing really jumps out at you while watching this video, but if you can pause the clip during the flash down   more...the hallway you will notice a fairly solid looking black mass. Another interesting fact is it is straight down the hallway that goes to the cafeteria! There was allot of activity that night in that area specifically. Later during our investigation of the second floor we encountered an extremely strange sound near the cafeteria as we were walking away from it. You can clearly hear the sound in the background within   more...the first 12 seconds of this clip. The sound you hear on this clip does not really do justice to what it sounded like while we were there. It was very loud and very pronounce and sounded like it was coming right at us!This next clip is nearing the end of the first floor investigation of the Waverly Hill Sanatorium. While investigating the second floor of the Waverly Hills Sanatorium we encountered some elevated EMF readings that could not be explained.

This is when the North Alabama Paranormal Investigators (NAPI) enter Waverly Hills Sanatorium for the first time. It was the beginning of a very long & interesting night.
