A college project from 1981 at Trinity university in San Antonio, Texas. Film 1 was an easy course for me because it was taught in Super-8 and I had more... my own equipment. This was to be a longer   more...project, but it was the end of the semester and I didn't have time to film the rest of the story. As it stands the short works quite well with the one main punchline gag. Yeah, I got an A. The Plot: Our heroes, Honcho and Stinkbug, spend the day at an art museum, and Stinkbug installs his own exhibit in his favorite medium.

This li'l film has a lot of sentimental value to me as well, because it was kind of a kitchen sink for a lot of things I was making at the time. Many of the strange objects are stuff I made in sculpture class, photographs of paintings from painting class (Honcho looks at my self-portrait when he first enters the museum), various strange litle gifts I had gotten during that time, and doo-dads I liked to collect for such experimental projects.  less
