It’s that time of year again – time to re-do the old you. But resolutions attempted are oftentimes resolutions failed. When it comes to exercise, consistency is important. Don’t take on too much too fast. Dewitt says to fit small amounts of exercise in more often and whenever you can. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator, keeping dumbbells at your desk and walking more and driving less can make a difference. Small changes in diet can also help shed unwanted pounds too. Replace fries with fruit and cut down your caloric intake by substituting sugar with sweeteners like Splenda (http://www.splenda.com).

Saving can be simple too – just add a little cash to your stash everyday. Whether it is the change at the bottom of your purse or a couple bucks – it’s sure to add up.

Yea so 2007 had the good and the bad my personal Chinese (ok Korean) Astrologer tells me 2008 is much better for me.
