This was originally posted as a melodramatic farewell to YouTube for a week ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yiExv4GkuEI ), as I realized that videoblogging and video watching had become an addiction   more...and was eating into my work habits. I also mention ADD a bit and talk about looking for direction/focus in life.
