This is the logo first used by PBS Video from 1982 to 1992, A word "Video" pops and glasses goes on a PBS P-head as their logo. Used in some early PBS P-head videotapes, as well as 'The 1993   more...and 1989 PBS P-heads bicker a lot', and other well-known films of the time.  less
