convince the judge   more...he was to severe in sentencing Paris Hilton to 45 days in jail.
Paris Hilton's attorney pronounced the judge was prejudiced against the rich and wants to repeal the sentence on Paris Hilton based on that premise. In other words, "she's too rich and therefore above the law." Rumor has it that an appeal was sent directly to Governor Schwarzenegger to commute her sentence by her family.
