I know it took a while but with my HD crashing and me trying to get used to FCP - yeah.. that'll happen. I like how this video turned out, but some parts I'm kind of disappointed in because they looked   more...better in the video I made when my computer crashed (I was working on it at that second, about 3/4 done with it and BAM!) but it still turned out alright.
I know there aren't as many crazy effects as last time, but I'm still getting used to FCP, I'm not as good as RavenHPLTC24 yet, but I hope to get that good with my program.. she's just awesome lol. I felt this video was good without crazy effects as well because I wanted to focus on the back story a bit more, so I just used subtle twitches to accent some points and let the rest do its own thing!
This video is about Azula, Mai, and Ty Lee (in order of appearance) and their friendship leading up to my one of my favorite scenes in the entire show, Boiling Rock Pt. 2 when Azula's deceitful ways finally catch up with her. I love this song because one- its a chick song (well, singer-wise) and fits really well.. as well as it gave me the opportunity to use the sound bite towards the end.. which is awesome cuz like I said-I LOVE that scene.
Please tell me what you guys think, I would love any comments on my work to improve. Thanks! Hope you guys like it!

It's been awhile since my last vid; mostly I blame   more...how hard it is to find good illegal softwere these days! I've got sony vegas 7 on my laptop (slow), but the program won't work on my computer (bloody vista), and when I tried downloading vegas 8.0 with a crack the effects weren't there, and the free trial worked great, but it expired, and when I tried using a keygen thing I accidentally entered the activation code without entering the other code at the same time, so the codes don't match or something like that. bottom line: vegas won't run on my computer, and my laptop is slow. so it'll probaby be awhile before I make anything else.

And I can't wait to see the Southern Raiders!

So after I saw the Boiling Rock....thing, TRAILER!! ^^; I kinda thought of this song, but me being the impatient person I am said <i>"Screw waiting for boiling rock, make vid. now!" </i> yes I know britney spears ;;__;; what is wrong with me...but It's catchy and I had a stupid nub on my shoulder telling me I; <i>"Make a vid to this song!!!"</i>

well that nub dispersed and here we are ^^, it was pretty difficult trying to match clips and try to be on the DL with the Suki and Azula clips. BUt I think I did a...eh...a good job... I actually worked non-stop from last night to today night ^^ well with about a 10 hour or so break ^^;

There is a really great vid to this song, featuring the Naruto Girls (Sakura, Hinata, Ino, Temari and Tenten) and I was inspired by that vid to make the Vertigo- Avatar Girls   more...version. I'm really proud of this vid.
Anyways on the production end of it, my movie maker was a butt today! For some reason, whenever I edited it, the song would start at a different spot, and so, I had to watch the whole damn thing from the beginning, just to make sure my added and edited clips synced up nicely. It was a damn pain in the ass if you ask me. But, the finished product is great to look at.  less
