UN DOCUMENTAIRE SERIEUX, QUI DEMONTRE UNE INCOMPETENCE A TRAITER LE DOSSIER OVNI !

Canal + nous a offert la diffusion d’un documentaire   more...sérieux et sans moquerie sur le phénomène ovni mais il ne nous a pas convaincu, car très incomplet et très orienté. Il existe d’ailleurs d’autres documentaires sur le sujet, mieux conçus et dont la qualité est de beaucoup supérieure. Ce film a totalement manqué son objectif d’informer sur la réalité et le sérieux du phénomène ovni, car trop « sectaire ». En effet, il ne prend en compte que les personnes intéressées par le phénomène, qui portent un uniforme ou qui se dorent d’un qualificatif faisant référence à une administration « scientifique », ce qui semble à leurs yeux être une référence !

Le phénomène ovni, ce n’est pas cela. C’est beaucoup plus complexe, c’est beaucoup plus large et ce n’est pas en consacrant une grande partie du document à nous montrer la DGA, l’Armée de l’Air, la Gendarmerie, la Police ou le Geipan, encombrés par les dossiers relatifs à des observations d’ovni, que cela nous démontre la réalité du phénomène. Ces fonctionnaires, individuellement, n’ont qu’un rôle très limité, leurs actions sont souvent de beaucoup inférieures en importance et en qualité à celles de certains ufologues privés, bien souvent plus compétents et qui ont une meilleure connaissance du terrain et du phénomène. D’autre part, le fait de nous montrer des dossiers contenant des observations tout en nous disant clairement qu’on ne peut pas y avoir accès, ne peut que contribuer à l’idée souvent entendue, que l’armée, les officiels, les gouvernements nous cachent la vérité sur le phénomène ovni. Ils ne donnent en pâture au public qu’une faible partie des informations. C’est donc se moquer de ce même public que de propager, images à l’appui, de telles idées. Certains parlent déjà de manipulation de l’information, d’une émission dirigée par les pouvoirs publics dans le but de déstabiliser les ufologues privés, les associations. Une telle erreur de conception de l’émission ne peut donc que favoriser ces prises de positions erronées. C’est très regrettable. Un dosage mieux adapté de l’information, aurait pu éviter cette situation préjudiciable à tous.

Ce documentaire ne nous apporte rien de nouveau, il est bien pauvre en réalité car il se contente de relater des faits, observations et situations déjà connus. Au lieu de nous parler de ces lumières sans intérêt dans le ciel de Phoenix, (aux USA ) il aurait été certainement plus judicieux de nous montrer des cas Français, encore inconnus, qui sont nombreux dans les archives des associations privées, sérieuses. On a consacré un temps précieux dans ce documentaire à nous parler de la politique américaine envers les OVNI ! A chaque fois, on nous ressort la même chose ! Depuis près de 60 ans, les USA ont adopté une position claire en la matière, un tel documentaire aurait du se passer de nous rappeler cette situation très largement connue.

On notera que, pour une fois, les sceptiques n’ont pas été mis en opposition dans ce film avec les partisans de la réalité du phénomène ovni, ce qui est une bonne chose. Nous avons en effet connu ce choix de réalisation dans de précédentes émissions sur le sujet et, résultat, le public n’y comprend plus rien, l’émission est alors fortement discréditée, à la fois par les partisans et par les opposants. En conclusion, 100 % de mécontentement et un résultat désastreux quant à la portée de l’émission. Nous avons toutefois vu le clin d’œil fait aux sceptiques, concrétisé par l’intervention d’un astronome qui tente d’expliquer l’affaire de Rendelsham par les lumières d’un phare maritime et les traces par des zones grattées par les lapins ! A videotape made widely available to the news media on Tuesday shows the bright objects, some sharp points of light and others like large headlights, moving rapidly in what appears to be a late-evening sky.

The lights were filmed on March 5 by pilots using infrared equipment. They appeared to be flying at an altitude of about 3,500 meters (11,480 feet), and allegedly surrounded the Air Force jet as it conducted routine anti-drug trafficking vigilance in Campeche. Only three of the objects showed up on the plane's radar.

'Was I afraid? Yes. A little afraid because we were facing something that had never happened before,' said radar operator Lt. German Marin in a taped interview made public Tuesday.

'I couldn't say what it was ... but I think they're completely real,' added Lt. Mario Adrian Vazquez, the infrared equipment operator. Vazquez insisted that there was no way to alter the recorded images.

The plane's captain, Maj. Magdaleno Castanon, said the military jets chased the lights 'and I believe they could feel we were pursuing them.'

When the jets stopped following the objects, they disappeared, he said.

A Defense Department spokesman confirmed Tuesday that the videotape was filmed by members of the Mexican Air Force. The spokesman declined to comment further and spoke on customary condition of anonymity.

The video was first aired on national television Monday night then again at a news conference Tuesday by Jaime Maussan, a Mexican investigator who has dedicated the past 10 years to studying UFOs.

'This is historic news,' Maussan told reporters. 'Hundreds of videos (of UFOs) exist, but none had the backing of the armed forces of any country. ... The armed forces don't perpetuate frauds.'

Maussan said Secretary of Defense Gen. Ricardo Vega Garcia gave him the video on April 22. --

On the 20th May 2007 the local TV station ATV Canal9, showed a large group of UFOs that had appeared over Lima, Peru at about   more...12 o'clock, local time. Most of the pictures were taken during the outdoor filming of a music video when the cameraman happened to turn his camera to the sky. Later on some of the photos were darkened to facilitate better visibility. ATV maintains that these pictures were the first of its kind in Peru. One thing is certain, such a huge multitude of UFOs had never been seen anywhere in the world. These OVNI s (Spanish word for UFOs) were visible over Peru's capital city for 30 minutes. All UFOs visible over the Old Town of Lima were moving rather fast in various directions, going up and coming down with incredible speed, as UFOs are want to do. The people on the street are very excited and are shouting: Look, look, what is that? The inserted photos from Mexico were shown on Mexican TV Stations during the years 1994-95. They had been made available by the Peruvian air force FAP, represented in the interview for this TV clip of ATV, Lima, by Cmdte. Julio Chamorro. He declares that the air force has no plausible explanation for this abnormal phenomenon, not visible on radar screens, but that it certainly needed to be investigated as air flights in general could be endangered. He is cautious when it comes to the topic of "Extraterrestrials", which is an awkward one, and in this respect no comment is made. The final comment by ATV is a question often heard: Are we alone in the Universe? --

Die OVNIs (spanischer Ausdruck für UFOs) waren ca. 30 Min. über der Hauptstadt Perus zu sehen. Alle UFOs über der Altstadt von Lima bewegten sich schnell in verschiedene Richtungen, stiegen auf und kamen tiefer, mit einer unglaublichen Geschwindigkeit, wie sie nur für UFOs üblich ist. Die Menschen auf der Strasse sind sehr aufgeregt und rufen durcheinander: Sieh, schau, was ist das ...? Die eingeblendeten Aufnahmen aus Mexiko stammen von mexikanischen TV-Stationen aus den Jahren 1994 und 1995. Sie wurden von der Peruanischen Luftwaffe FAP, vertreten im Interview durch Cmdte. Julio Chamorro für diesen TV-Beitrag von ATV, Lima, zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Cmdte. bemerkt, daß die Luftwaffe keine geeignete Erklärung für dieses anomale und nicht kontrollierte Phänomen habe, daß es aber in jedem Fall aufgeklärt werden sollte, weil die Luftfahrt allgemein gefährdet sein könne.
