More precisely, near the former Burritt's Rapids Correctional Facility. There isn't much going on, here. But you can see the adult quite well, perched on a branch just on the side of the nest.

I discovered this Osprey nest last summer, located at a lock on the Rideau Canal (I won't say which one). I will be visiting it fairly regularly over the summer to keep you updated on the progress of   more...any young.  less
