There was a security incident today at our Federal Parliament in Canberra. An unknown to ASIO Scottish troublemaker/terrorist with the code name “Haggis”, infiltrated the security and placed a remote   more...activating audio device inside the grounds of the Parliament, behind a pillar 5 metres high in the Great Hall. The device started playing tunes from AC/DC, but fortunately, it was discovered by the security guards and it was swiftly deactivated.

My last ride with my beloved 50cc. Anzac Bridge, going 55Km/h uphill, going 70Km/h downhill.
The end is when the next owner rode it away....

This ride left at Richmond maccas at 9:30am, group 'A' heading out along the Great Western Hwy and group 'B' Bells Line Road . Stop at Mt Victoria and then off to Jenolan Caves. Return via Lithgow.

Putty Road round trip. Leaving MtColah Maccas at 8:30. Head up the old pacific hwy with a brief stop at Road Warriors and up to Mangrove Mountain. From Mangrove Mountain, all the way onto Wollombi, then   more...Broke, cutting across to the Putty Road, and up through ten mile to the Half Way house. Head down the Putty Road back to Windsor with a quick stop at Colo Heights for a breather. The ride officially finished at Mc Graths Hill, just past Windsor.

Narellan McDonalds at 10:00am, heading up The Northern Road, onto Greendale Road, to Wallacia. From there down Silverdale Road to The Oaks, Montpelier Drive and Barkers Lodge Road into Picton.
Taking the   more...entire thing at a nice easy rate, stopping regularly so the experienced riders imparting their wisdom and knowledge on the learners.

In the best traditions of the Tarana run last year, we dragged out every bit of cold weather gear we had and headed up to the Tarana Pub for lunch. Was a good run in cold but sunny conditions.
Departed   more...from McGrath's Hill Maccas 10am, Bells Line to Lithgow, and then past Lake Lyall to Tarana. Return along Hampton and Great Western.  less

Meet point for the ride was Heathcote Maccas. From there the ride headed down the old Princess Hwy, down into Wollongong through mount Keira and then down to Albion Park for a run up Macquarie Pass to   more...the Robertson Pie Shop. We came back down Jambaroo Pass and through the Kiama twisties and headed into Nowra. From Nowra back up to the Southern Highlands through Kangaroo Valley. The ride officially ended at Narrellan Maccas.
