Snickerdoodles:
two & 3/4 cups sifted flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter
one & 1/2   more...cups sugar
2 eggs
4 Tbsp sugar
3 tsp cinnamon

- mix & sift flour, baking powder, & salt
- cream butter, sugar
- add eggs
- add dry ingredients gradually
- chill batter
- shape in balls & roll in sugar/cinnamon
- bake on ungreased sheet for 10 minutes at 400 degrees  less

We have 6 new medium sized tiger barbs in the old 10 gallon. When they are stable and we know they aren't ill they will be moved to the 52 gallon to join the pleco and friends. The pleco is quite active   more...in this video... sorry for the poor lighting conditions... its the only way anything was visible. It was too dark at first.  less
