Mario and Ryu have given me a great run over the past 14 months I've been into MUGEN. Now, I'm in a whole new generation of MUGEN videos, and AI vs. AI fights are no longer fun to watch or fun to make. Additionally, it became increasingly difficult to make good Mario and Ryu survival videos because my roster was getting bigger and more tough AI characters were being added.

I've only used Mario and Ryu very sparingly since I first started using MUGEN. After that, I've started to get more comfortable with quirky characters like Predator, Goku, and Cell. Mario and Ryu's well-roundedness helped me get back into fighting games in general. Now, the time has come to move on.

This finale of Mario & Ryu vs. Everyone is a special video. I had to choose the perfect BGM to play in this video, and Dynasty Warriors comes to the rescue. The track "Sacred Ground" from Dynasty Warriors 3 fits perfectly. It has that almost impending end feel to it, and it goes well with the swan song of the MUGEN series that helped make me what I am today in the MUGEN community and on YouTube. The stage Exodus Train is only fitting for a journey that's coming to an end.

After the main survivor run, I present all the highlights of Mario and Ryu when I've played as them, and the Survivor Series.

If you think I put too much thought in this video, bear in mind that
Mario and Ryu were the big reasons why I became big on YouTube. I used them even before I formed a MUGEN team with Jigglypuff and Predator. I could not just retire them from my team without giving them the tribute they deserve.

Note: There were some pauses during the video, but I finally got episode 3 of balance vs cheap up. Our four opponents on the tough left today are: Super Mario (Shinryoga): Super Mario is a well known   more...balanced tough guy lots of people enjoy playing. He is very defensive usually blocking your attacks so he can spin you around or perform his uppercut coin punch. Like from in the original games, Mario has his fireballs to shoot, a Starman super for limited invincibilty and even a Hammer super where he bashes you multiple times before hitting you away. He even grabs you and tosses you in different directions too. Beast (???): He came from mugeninfinityteam, but I don't know who made him. Anyways Beast is a standard mvc player. He likes doing those flashy combos, punches and grapples to punish his opponents. Lori Xl (Beppu): This lori means business! He's cautious and usually blocks most attacks before doing his three way punch on you. Lori Xl also loves rushing his opponents by pinning them to the ground. Ayu (???): I forget her author, but Ayu is a toughie. She hides behind her blocking gloves a lot. Once you get close to her she'll grab you and toss you to the ground. She also has several deadly supers. The one I've seen that she uses the most is where a bunch of red spikes pop out of the ground that send you flying into the air. A rare one that Ayu rarely uses is one where she turns into an angel and these weird white things come from different directions. Also are cheap characters today are: Omega Rugal (Gonzo): This guy isn't too much of a threat. Except for a few overpowered grapples and strange supers, he isn't that tough to fight. Captain Ginyu UB22 (Supermystery): Uggh more of supermysterys dumb garbage. Ginyu teleports a bit though not as much as his other dumb cheapies. He unleashes sometimes a bas super though he spends most of his time powering up. This guy strangely seems to be the easiest to fight out of asupermystery's junk piles. Sasuke-Kun (Hanyou): Sasuke received an update last year so no longer does he summon Naruto and Kakashi strikers to do his dirty work. Even with those strikers gone, Sasuke is still cheap as a projectile spammer. He throws these kunais from afar and then follows it up with a huge ninja star. He also teleports a bit and his level 2 cursed seal super still does lots of damage. Mai_K (Kuri): This female swords woman has incredible speed. While some of her attacks are weak, her cheap rushing makes up for it along with some nasty supers which a few let her break out of combos even! Her worst super is when the screen darkens while Mai remains in stance as danger signs scroll around. While performing this she gains complete invincibilty (you can't hit her at all!) and then she'll deliver three lighting fast slashes. She even has 2 instant kill attacks which are Level 3 supers, but Mai can sometimes perform them without the energy. Stage: GGXX Nirvana BGM: Butsutekkai (Ikaruga)  less

Lord D.Maximov(ex-inferis)- Another cheesy ex-inferis creation. High priority attacks, very overpowered attacks, lots of invinciblity frames, and lots infinites. I took me awhile to beat him because he   more...kept on infiniting me with his cape twirl attack that takes off 1/3 of your life, wtf? Some of his attacks do no damage at all... His sounds are pretty screwed up and for some reason when you beat him it skips the winpose.  less

But in the end,they became enemies in the ending of the king of fighters XI tournament when   more...Ash ask Oswald to kill him. 2 months later,Shen woo take his vacation in Osaka after the tournament. found out that osaka was burn in flames. Shen woo think that Ash has sent a message to the sign of his death. Shen woo went angry & go find Ash to take what he has done. Before he gonna find him,he found a corpse of a woman with a giant key. Shen woo help her quickly & take her to the hospital. But suddenly,Ash show up & attack Shen woo. Ash & Billy invite Shen woo to fight him in a handicap match. Shen woo agreed to the offer. Before he gonna start the fight,the corpse that Shen helped was moving & introduced herself. She was A.B.A.,a lifeform that created by a scientist from the place named "Frasco". She said that she gonna help Shen woo to defeat Ash & Billy. Now,Shen & A.B.A. will gonna fight Ash & Billy to take what they had done to the city. Will they gonna defeat Ash & Billy?

Shingo yabuki was a big fan of Kyo. In 1997, he made his debut in KOF 1997, but any team in that year didn't wanna join Shingo. So Shingo join the tournament as a single entry. 10 years later, KOF XI   more...was over, So Shingo go to the arcade to play some games. Suddenly, Kyo go to the arcade, but some fans want his autograph. But Shingo find out that the fans wanna take away Kyo from him, he just went angry. Because of that, he create fire in his hands to burn the fans away from Kyo. But to Kyo's suprise, Kyo found out that Shingo can create fire in his hands.
