I was working out when the song by Rod Stewart came on the radio, "Da Ya Think I'm Sexy? and instinct kicked in to ham up for the video. I was just goofing around.

I was working out at home doing decline barbell presses with 205 lbs and I got stuck on the 5th rep. This is why a training partner comes in handy... to help get the weight off of you.
