Basically, instead of Rukia acting all helpless when Ichigo comes to help her, she goes psycho and kills everyone...lost in her memories of when she killed her captain, she tries to kill everyone, including Ichigo. But his feelings for her snap her back out of it. And they live happily ever after or something like that until the nuclear bomb hit.
