I Forgive Myself for Accepting and Allowing Myself to seperate myself from the abused, not realising that they are the manifested consequence of the self accepted and allowed enslavement and abuse of life by all.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to submit to feelings of regret when being confronted with images of abuse and torture, not realising I have a definition of myself that is apparently more or better then what is seen and manifested as consequence of all beings equally.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge torture and abuse of animals as seperate from me, not realising that I am equally responsible for abuse as the abuser
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to reject and deny what has manifested as the physical, not realising that this is manifested consequence of the self accepted and allowed human nature.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel worthless, not realising that i am reacting from a self defined point of view comparing myself to what i see and supporting the torture and abuse.
I forgive myself for not allowing myself to embrace myself and confront my self defined existence that i am reacting from and creating opinions with.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for deceiving myself to think and believe that what i experience as thoughts feelings and emotions has anything to do with the physical here
I return here as breath as life

This part starts with an objection to part seven, which is dealt with, and then deals with another common criticism of evolutionary psychology,   more...which is that it is judgemental, and that it approves of things that are not politically correct.

The presenter then talks about other things that could be dealt with in the same style, there are a few quick credits, and then a final gag which viewers of part four will get, and nobody else will.

I hope you liked at least some of Built for the Stone Age, and that you lobby Parliament to have it made into a full series, or perhaps we should all camp inside the offices of the BBC and refuse to leave until they make it, or something...
