Pagans were pissed off when an artist painted a giant Homer Simpson near the Cerne Giant, a huge figure cut into the chalk in Dorset. Someone else had fun with both the Giant and the Homer... The origins   more...of the giant are lost to history but experts doubt that, despite the assertions by the Pagans, the giant has anytthing to do with the ancient people, likely having been created in the 17th century. Whatever the origins of the giant, he is more permanent than the Homer which is painted in biodegradable paint.  less

Back when this was uploaded on YouTube, there was this fad going on where MUGEN players showed how well they could beat down the Homer Simpson character. The highlights were usually the KO hit, which   more...was usually a super attack. Looking back at it, I don't think my own set was as good as some others, save for the Blodia Punch from Jin Saotome.  less

The Death Of Homer Simpson

Well, I've finally made it. I've had this idea ever since I saw the Simpsons Movie, and I finally managed to sit down and make it happen. Honestly, it was a lot harder than I thought, and after about   more...2 minutes into the song, I was getting fed up and just started grabbing whatever clips I could find. I just wanted to get the damn thing done. There might be a couple of places where my cropping wasn't perfect on some of the clips, but hopefully if any of you know what a pain WMM can be, you'll understand :)

Dan's first - serious - match as a member of Team Draug! And he'll fight against that yellow fat bald guy we all know... Yeah, it's time to see who's the strongest: Dan or Homer?

When I recorded this time,   more...Homer was still in his v1.0 - not like now, when he's v2.2. And back then, this version was more combo friendly and had many other changes like two new victory poses (one where Bart mocks the enemy and another one wher Homer impersonates Iori Yagami), some moves had been changed (goodbye Bart Slingshot and Cherry Bombs and hello Kinetic Donut and Candy Bomb) and Homer had three intros: the normal one (based on the old Konami arcade), his custom intro against Peter Griffin and a brand new one against Choujin's Dragon Ball characters. All of this is still in the v2.2 Homer.

He still has his brutal AI patch and seriously, without the Bart Slingshot's invincibility Homer turns into a tough opponent, not an annoying one. And that's GOOD. Still needs work AI-wise, but I'm glad to fight a decent foe like Homer.

So thanks to Warner, H", JudgeSpear, kingshadow3, BBHood217 and GigaBowserX for all they've done since Homer seriously stepped into MUGEN.

Satsuki is a faithul creation of 9 from Melty Blood. Unlike the combowhoric nature of her co-fighters, she relies on strong hits and the like.

This is the new Homer Simpson, originally from Warner and updated by JudgeSpear and others. His AI is moderatley difficult, making this a fun fight.

This may be the first, and only, time I'll play as Satsuki though. Isn't it sad Sacchin?  less
