Technology is being used as an antenna combined with a computer to monitor the patterns of our brain electromagnetic pulses causing the brain to be stimulated through the skull and other tissues without implanted electrodes thus allowing event or memory targeting.

When the brain's electrical activity is targeted with electromagnetic pulsations, it causes a release of the brain's own transmitters that is used to fight off disease, enhance learning, or visual images. This remote process of information injection or extraction of thought can be called BioFusion where the information is communicated and/or transmitted back and forward and stored within a database.

A targeted individual can be ping or shot with a light sequence or with Extremely Low Field (ELF) Radiation to acheive this effect.

Mobile phone networks as Radar systems have the ability to track individuals. Vehicles can be employed to look into people's houses by use of millimetre technology transmitting wave signals.

Upon awakening every day, I can hear the computer equipment honing in and the handlers state the words, "I GOT IT" and then drive off or run back into one of the houses on my street; this is being mention because of the need for them to be close by in the area of their targeted individual in order to get a lock on the body's emitted signal and perform their illegal surveillance; It also causes the human body electrical system to react the same way as a capacitor.

These signals are being captured from the victim especially upon waking up, using the bathroom, when taking baths and the interaction with water, and while eatting. Everyone should fully understand that this is required for sensitive calibration to record the magnetic and electric fields emitting from the body central nervous system, muscle tissue, blood and heart.
