Good for it's time, one of the first GBA games I got.

I take a rough look at a comparison at an authentic GBA game (Final Fantasy V) vs a fake GBA game (The Smurfs, or Revenge of the Smurfs).

A speedrun of Creepy Caverns. This feels a LOT like Stalagmite frights in Donkey Kong Land III - lots of Krumples, some Knocka/Krushas, and GHOST BARRELS! This was a pain in the neck because the Ghost   more...Barrels can be unpredictable sometimes. This is the best I've done out of many tries. I get the bonuses and the DK coin. Another Telefang 2 video! This boss battle is one of the must amusing ones, if only because of one move. The best part of this battle is when Riyugu launches the rocket -- it sends one of your Denjuu   more...to another planet! Then he's forced out of the battle and you can't use it for the rest of the battle. The animation is absolutely hilarious so you gotta watch it. I wish Pok&eacute;mon had moves like that.

Also, worth noting is that Riyugu has some ability that prevents you from using Electric Attacks (not the type, but the powerful ones that deplete your DP meter), making this battle a lot tougher. I used Denjuu with Water-type attacks because Riyugu is Hill-type, which is similar to the Rock-type in Pokémon games.  less

Sonic the Hedgehog for the Sega Genesis has been brought to many ports on several consoles. Will the Game Boy Advance version live up to its name? Well, tune in to find out. :P

A series of fights against a bunch of Hermits. They aren't hard, but you have to do four battles... you have to chase them down a lot. I think they have some other Denjuu (Coronet) captive or something.   more...After the third fight, you end up in this dungeon (with incredibly awesome music) and have to fight one more Hermit. Then after that, you are in a very long and tedious maze (one of the hardest mazes in any game). You can't even escape the dungeon until you beat the boss at the end...  less

A boss that you have to fight at the end of a cave. The boss (Mentalis) isn't too hard to beat, though Mentalis has two partners to help him out making it a bit harder. Also this boss is hard to get to   more...because it's a maze. When you beat this boss, you can press B to jump over pits! Too bad there aren't enough places in the game where you take advantage of that... Oh well.  less

A simple battle against Mistashi. You have to beat him to progress and go south of the town you're in. This battle isn't the most exciting, though, especially when Demonos refuses to battle at all...   more...&lt;_&lt; Would have helped defeat Tataupa faster, too...  less

Yay, another Telefang 2 video! This time it's a battle with Demonos. You have to beat him to get past this maze. He is tough, but when you beat him, you get his number (meaning you can use it to battle   more...for you) and you also get the ability to push boulders and other things. And you get a new phone, but I don't know what new things it does. Also, Demonos is good to use, too, as he is at a high level when you get him, and can attack well (especially when he's one of the first Denjuu with a rock move).

As before, an unofficial partial translation patch is used in this video. That way you have at least some idea of what is going on...  less

1 Great game, 1 slightly bad game, and a really bad one. Regarding the "not that different" for the upgrades, I once collected 1 powerup while I had the red talisman/cards and it was just   more...the same red thing that can be fired only 3 times at once. Also, in Pocky and Rocky 2, your upgrade system is useless (you only have 1 way to upgrade whereas the 1st one was range with the cards or power with the fireball that even has ricochets of shots at the higher levels) as that 3 mins and 20 seconds I mentioned was with max power alone on that 2nd boss. You're forced to abuse that partner attack.  less
