I didn't always feel like I was a boy but I always felt "different". It wasn't until my late 20's that I realized FTM's even existed. Ever since then, I've wanted to alter my body in some way   more...to feel more at peace with myself. No, I have not taken the standard approach to transition. I wish to exhaust all my other options before resorting to medical transition. That is my own personal choice, based upon many different factors. I support all of my trans and genderbending friends. A long debate ended early Tuesday morning when Gainesville City Commissioners voted to pass an Anti- Discrimination Ordinance for transgendered people...


Commissioners voted four to three.

The ordinance   more...is mostly addressing housing and employment discrimination, but the part of the ordinance that created much controversy; allowing transgender people to use whichever restroom they wanted in public settings.

Now business owners are left with a lot of questions that really are not being answered.
