Well here we go another logo for me to describe a whole lot. Now, this logo has got the worst colors for it Green against Blue which looks almost like the color graphics off an old Macintosh. I dunno   more...what they were thinking with the color scheme for this logo which for course is its only crime. The music for this logo is not that bad. It's not good but it's not bad which means it's mediocre at best because of the synth score. I like the synthesizer, and the music it produces. The score for this is just unappealing unlike the pan-out version of the LBS logo which was made approxiamately the same time as this one. The animation, even though it's cheap, looks relatively good but it's cheesy because of the stars. This logo for it's time was alright, not the best thing in the world but was just so-so. The color scheme is just godawful for this logo because they could've done much better than that. Enjoy!!  less

Here's a very short lived logo, but I wish they would jhave kept this logo longer. This is the only TouchstoneLogo I will upload because everybody has seen the snake logo and the current 2003 logo. This   more...logo is probably the most unique out of all of them because it only lasted two years and the SFX is wind blowing and chimes which many will think it's glass shattering. Trust me, out of all the Touchstone logos, this is the only one I like because the other two are just boring according to my case. This one has decent animation and actually can be found in films from Touchstone between the years 1984-1985. Enjoy!!  less

Here's the good ol' Miramax "Buildings" logo that was seen on many Miramax Films between 1999-today. You heard me: TODAY! I was kinda surprise to find that Miramax was still alive making movies.   more...I thought they were the Weinstein Company completely. I really like this logo, but it has no sound with the exception of one movie where it plays a mellow orchestrated piece for the buildings. In fact, I will upload the one with sounds next. Well, here's an extremely rare logo I found on dailymotion. This is the first logo for Touchstone Pictures which actually looks more interesting than the snake and the current orange light logo which   more...are uninteresting. Now there's no music and no animation but the background for this logo looks very interesting as it has a pinkish/orage looking color (salmon) which I think is a pretty interesting color. When I was talking about availability of this logo to be extremely rare, it is! The VHS version of Splash is hard to come by because like I said before getting a VHS tape that's 10 years or older from like a big-retail store such as Wal-Mart is almost non-existant and could still be seen at a local flea-market maybe. The only sure fire way that you will see this logo is if you Splash on DVD from Wal-Mart, Best Buy or somewhere else because I don't think the Movie channels do not show this movie anymore with the exception of rare events, and I don't think even the basic cable channels show this on there channels anymore. LogicalSmash (CPvGC80) has this exact logo on Youtube, but I'm uploading here. This Miramax Films logo I think is really nice because the orchestrated version this reminds me of someone going fishing   more...in a creek and sleeping while fishing because it's so prestine, and I'm a fan of many orchestrated related logos.
