Tenkai-hen joso Overture, además de ser una secuela de Saint Seiya, inicia la etapa final de la serie. Se cierra un ciclo; el ciclo de Atenea. Atenea reencarna cada 200 años para enfrentar a Hades que vuelve de entre los muertos para intentar dominar al mundo, es la razón por la que existe una historia que contar sobre Seiya y los Santos de Atenea. Hades ha sido derrotado para siempre (lo que llevaría a no más batallas mitológicas) y con esa saga se cerraron todos los cabos sueltos.  less
