My new team takes on a group we all know and (some) love!

This Cell by Choujin got an AI upgrade recently. Instead of costantly charging up and being a sitting duck, he is now more aggressive and capable of killing you at 100% with one fatal combo. So I thought   more...it would be a good idea to fight him! =D  less

As Ella passed the village's borders, she noticed a nearby graveyard and decided to settle there untill the uproar had dispersed.

When she arrived, she saw that the graveyard was already taken by a tall,   more...muscular person. Probably a graverobber. He seemed hostile. Ella had no intention of sparing such trifling individuals.

Wario it is. I always thought he was just another mediocre excuse for a popular character, but after I convinced myself to download him, he turned out to be just as good as any. Wario lacks good AI, however. But if you want a quality Mario character that isn't too tough, I suggest him.

Stage: The Graveyard

How embarassing for Ella to be defeated by Pepito, even with her new powers. She organized her thoughts and decided to leave town before the villagers would gang up on her.

She dodged Pepito's piñata   more...stick and headed for a back alley, from which she entered a Chinese boulevard that connects to the suburbs. But as she was about to leave, her path was blocked by a strange half-mechanical man. He appeared to be a police agent and prepared to take down Ella.

This battle needed a more tactical approach. Ella's Surprise Step differs from Homer's crawling dodge in distance and recovery time. Either Ella went too far, or Robocop countered with close combat. Luckily, Ella's slapping is rapid enough to dispel Robocop's stun-free armour. The only gap in Robocop's attacks is when he puts away his gun and reaches for a bomb. That's when I can stop spamming surprise steps and attack directly.

Ella saw her victims' blood flow into the sewers. She ignored the onlookers, who were now running away screaming, and headed to the town plaza, were her big brother was: Pepito.

Ever since her birth, Ella   more...was bullied and surpressed by Pepito when Sakura and Dio weren't around. Her hatred was probably fueled mostly by him.

As Ella arrived at the plaza, Pepito was appearantly steaming an elderly gentleman for cigars. Ella decided that a stealth attack would be more statisfying. However, she was discovered, so she removed the Brit and took the offensive. She looked forward to the sight of him torn with agony, but little did she know of what would happen...

"What the fuck is that?" You have no idea how much I tried to alter their custom intros. The list of what went wrong is really long, but all comes down to this: I gave up and temporarily comment all other intros.

Pepito is haxxx. Great A.I. but supers that do a lot of damage for the fact that you don't seem 'em coming. Ella will return to claim his head later when she has gained in power, and when I have more coding knowledge.

By now, I've realised that Pepito is not only tough but also just cheap. I can defeat Pepito now, but it's still annoying.  less

can fight who I want to fight. First, and hopefully last time I'm fighting Haruhi. This was NOT a beatdown vid though just a normal Mugen battle.

Do not complain about me "playing cheap" on her   more...because at times I LET her recover from my attacks.

Getting a double perfect on Choiya's Haruhi is MUCH harder than you think because of her high priority.

I know I got Saki's surname wrong in the video. It was too   more...late when I remembered it was actually "Tsuzura". XD

Before I start this, I wanted to mention the character I'm playing as, Saki Tsuzura by Drowin. I put her on my team because she was easy to get into, and I just feel right when playing as her. ^_^ For those who don't know, she originates from a game called Arcana Heart (Look it up on Wikipedia.)

As I said before, this is my first MUGEN video. After seeing what Haruhi did to Peter Griffin in GigaBowserX's video, for some twisted reason that I cannot figure out, I wanted to fight her myself.

Haruhi Suzumiya by Choiyer is still as well made a character as ever. Her moveset is solid, and her aerial raves still hurt like hell. Speaking of moveset, her update come with a slew of new ones, including a grappling move that's --- well --- not safe for the workplace.

Though Haruhi as a character is still good as ever, on top of being far more perverted than ever, her AI might also be more predictable. If you're doing a standing guard, she'll usually do a sliding kick, either by itself or following another move. You can see this coming a mile away, and she leaves herself wide open for low attacks if you block it, which Saki was perfect for. The H grappling move I mentioned, at times she may abuse it if you're too close to her.

No offense to the Haruhists of MUGEN, and to be honest, I like the older version of Haruhi better, but this version is too predictable, plus I'm not into --- that stuff; the author seemed to have taken some creative liberties there. I thought the older October version was more challenging than this.

I'm sorry, Choiyer.

Yeah, I could not resist doing this.

But anyways, this battle got a bit annoying. It's just that Haruhi's AI LETS you perfect her in the first round, giving you   more...a great highlight, only to murder you in the next two rounds. It's like it dosn't want me to have a highlight of this video. Much like how Dragon Claw acted. That really annoyed me.  less

Somewhere in a quiet village in Colorado, there lived a six year old girl. She was tormented by her parents in that miserable home of hers, for she was what they call an "accident". Her name   more...was Ella.

One day, Ella sat on a half-torn sofa when her father, Dio Brando, passed through with a bag filled with firearms. He was planning a robbery with Ella's mother, Sakura. "What's that?" she asked, whereafter Dio hissed it's none of her business. Then he tripped over one of Ella's toy trains and dropped the bag, causing one of the guns to go off. Infuriated, Dio grabbed a chair and threw it at the child, then rushed out to continue his plan.

That should have been a fatal blow to Ella, but just she was about to die (or just after? Who knows), a dark force emnated from Ella's body, shattering the chair and everything else in the room. She was changing. Her ability to think was changing. Consumed by both hatred and fear, Ella rushed forth to catch up with her parents and massacre them.

Gee wizz, I decided to join in the fad, complete with elaborate intro and Movie Maker effects. The first match consists of two rounds, one against Sakura and one against Dio (whose download link I will dig up if it's highly requested). It's like a team battle, except Ella has max health for each round.

Sakura is just awesome. Kick-ass AI, animation, supers, whatever. My only complaint is that Hadouken that forms an almost flawless keep-away barrier. It needs more lag time.

Dio wasn't a challange, considering he has no AI. Still, it was an awesome match overall.

The stage is from either Mugenfury, Mugenation or Randomselect (sorry). The music is Rayman 2 - Rocketrun, and if you don't like it, you can take your whiny snivveling, snotnose population, form a line behind me and kiss my...wait...can't say that on YouTube...

As you can see by that last sentence, this is ported from YouTube. I'll gradually port my series one by one. Also, please don't judge it from this video. I was shitty with Ella back then.  less

How annoying is this bitch? Very annoying. Equipped with two cheap strikers, Nagato Yuki and Konata, this bitch spams them, and doesn't let you hurt her.
Every time you try to get an attack in, she'll   more...call Nagato Yuki to come rape your ass and she'll damage you good. Konata doesn't come as often as Nagato though. I swear, I hate this little bitch, she's gonna die.  less

And so begins Oume's journey to train herself in spite to get her rematch against the leader of Team Crowbar, Jon Talbain, after her defeat in Seadragon's Cup.

And   more...she faces the last of the Aiduzzi trio: Ella.

Maybe because I know her better than Ubu and Kuando, this battle was easier and only took me one try. But don't let this fool you: Ella is one tough cookie. She's fast and her attacks are quite damaging. You better watch out for her supers, specially their level 2 versions.

Anyway, Ella is also my favourite character of the Aiduzzi Trio. Maybe because she's a parody of horror films... Maybe it's because of her intros... Maybe it's because she's so weird... Dunno why, but Ella rocks.

Oume has thought that Arina still needs to train to become stronger and she has set everything for her to fight one of the toughest schoolgirls around. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, in this vid Arina fights   more...Haruhi Suzumiya.

For those who don't know her, she's the main character of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (duh), an anime both loved and hated by many people. I don't love it nor I hate it. It's entertaining at least...

But what about Haruhi's MUGEN persona? Does the word "mindgame" ring a bell? Haruhi is opportunistic and once she sees an opening, prepare yourself for pain. In fact, even if here I defeat her in two rounds, it took me a long time to finally beat her in more than one round.

She has also three strikers (Yuki, Mikuru and Konata), but when other characters like Fat Albert use their strikers with no downsides, Haruhi's need more or less half of an energy bar to come out and it's not that difficult to knock them down, except for Yuki. Besides that, Konata has random effects, from attacking you to giving life for Haruhi or energy or losing energy.

Haruhi, all and all and despite the unnecessary pantyshots, is a balanced character. By the way, this isn't her most recent version, this is the old one before she got some updates.

So to make this clear: I don't hate Haruhi, I just love good challenges and Haruhi gives me what I want in that department.

Only thing to complain about? That I should look for a better recorder than CamStudio. The frame issue is getting worse. But I don't want to go back to HyperCam either and I don't think my laptop would be able to run SnagIt without crashing... =_=

That's right! I needed a few extra players, so I morphed all 4 initiation videos together into one Quadruple Whammy video! Each Team Member needs to spar off against an extremely tough opponent. My 4   more...new members are (In this order):

Superintendent: Haruhi Suzumiya by Choiya- I chose Haruhi because I play really, REALLY well with this character. Not as well as Ampchu or Marky, but I'm getting there. Also, I am a Haruhi fan.

Her opponent: Gold Mode Yoma. Yeah, she's pretty cheap, but after a while her moves get predictable.

Comptroller: Choi Bounge by H"- Choi is by far one of my favorite KOF characters. He's so obscure that it makes me laugh every time I play as him. Also, his AI's not too shabby, either.

His opponent: CHOUJIN-styled Lil' Gohan by Ninja_Naruto: I never thought that Gohan was this cheap in the anime... I can kind of tell that this character is a rough beta because it still has KFM's sound effects and KFM's deathcry. The only noticeable thing about this character besides the Gohan sprites is the Masenko-Ha sound effect, which, by the way, the character will use every chance it gets.

Supervisor: Cutman by Excursion- His supers are a little hard to activate, but overall this is one good MvC Megaman-styled character.

His opponent: General by Diego Sanches: Now, I'm pretty sure he's meant to be cheap, because he's the final boss from one of those Megaman X games, but he's still cheap nonetheless. My advice: AVOID THE ENERGY BALLS. Those things do ridiculous amounts of block damage. Also, he's got big-ass lazors that take up the entire screen and do large amounts of damage normally, but do absolutely no block damage. Also, I don't know what I was doing in the first round, so forgive me if I did a few stupid things.

Swordsman: Kyle Dunamis by rainman- Every team needs at least 2 swordsmen. At least that's my philosophy... Plus, when put into the right hands, Kyle can be one tough customer.

His opponent: Instead of treating you to a shitty Neo-Sonic battle, I'm going to fight one of Toma's characters that's harder to find, but equally as cheap as the rest of the other creations: Dialog. Yes, the infamous pop-up window that will not go away now mattter how much you click the X. It's pretty cheap. It parries, it has infinite priority (then again, what doesn't), along with various other things that can piss one person off.
