We need to learn to identify who has the biggest, most cleaned out cup of Jesus. If we're going to find the elders, we need to find those who have the fattest pipeline to the Throne of God, not those   more...who have the most degrees on the wall or initials behind their name!

What does Jesus want? He wants us to pour out lavish, extravagant personal attention to each individual as they have a need. He wants us ALL to be ministers and healers - not just the folks on "staff".   more... How are we going to really focus on each individual when we have rooms full of 4,000 and 10 people on staff? It's never going to work this way! The model is all wrong.
