New Orleans Weekend

Is the "Big Easy" back on its feet post Hurricane Katrina? Samantha's there to find out. Of course a weekend in New Orleans wouldn't be complete without music, so there's   more...a live jazz concert in the Faubourg Marigny neighborhood, plus dancing at a local bowling alley which doubles as a live music venue. Samantha also gets up close and personal with a gator during a back-water bayou trip, and even helps out on a non-profit project which builds new houses for musicians left homeless by the hurricane.

In the fall of 2003, producers for the Discovery Channel show "DIRTY JOBS" contacted controversial artist Stephen Paternite, inviting him to participate in a new television series showcasing   more...a variety of difficult and often distasteful jobs. They had witnessed his unique Roadkill Ceations on his website and wanted a hands-on demonstration of his craft. The segment was to have host Mike Rowe assist Stephen in the procurement and creation of a new artwork. It was indeed to be a "Dirty Job". This DVD is the original, uncut episode of "Dirty Jobs." An episode ultimately rejected by the network.  less

Edit- Just so everyone knows, I don't usually feed him in his tank. In fact, you should never feed snakes in their tanks. It's   more...a bad habit to get in to. It teaches them that whenever their tank opens it's for feeding, which may lead them to bite when they shouldn't. I usually put Monty in the tub to feed. Unfortunately, the place I was staying during this video didn't have a tub, so I was limited in my options.  less
