Made my own muffler.Some pics and vid.Its quieter then I expected,but lots of fun.

Had the bike on the dyno.The exhaust is real quiet.You can hear this on the vid.power was 65.0 HP and 44.6 ft-lbs torque.This was the screen rating.They had a turbo drum on the dyno and rated it 10% more.Don't   more...know about all that,but it was fun.  less

I fabricated this 3" turbo-back exhaust myself from a chevy tailpipe and a lenght of straight tubing. I think it came out fairly well. The total cost was $60. I kept the cat (modified with 3"   more...inlet and outlets) but there's no mufflers.  less

Ok, so its not NEW, just different. The slot in the pipe is my fault, trying to take a shortcut and rush things. The motor oil under the drill was used as coolant. If you're cutting metal with metal,   more...coolants are a good thing, just learn to ignore the smoke if you use something like motor oil.  less
