I believe that government is meant to play a small and supportive role in our economy. First, government needs to stop spending money on things that are not listed in our state constitution. Lastly, government needs to always examine ways in which it can save money. Government is meant to be run as a business. As a business, we need to enact systematic audits of each agency so that waste and unproductive practices can be prevented or eliminated.  less
