Yumiko by Juke Kisaragi is from the same game as Masako's; Variable Geo Max. She's quite fun to play as. She's plays like Masako, fast and an heavy hitter.

Fighting against POTS' Sakura with her are pretty   more...tough. I just have strike whenever she gets close to me. Otherwise, I stay back and use my projetiles while I wait.

Yay, A better version of Tifa was found.
By YAMAKICHI, this Tifa is nicely done, but the outline color of her hair is off.
She's also build with a mean AI. allowing her to chain her attacks.

Skullman is a sub-boss from Bio Menace. Specifically, the sub-boss of Episode 1.

His MUGEN incarnation, by The_None and aokmaniac13, is quite... interesting. His claws are separate entities, and he can summon all kinds of strikers such as helicopters, suicide bombers, giant robots, Shaq, a big-ass duck, and even Rox Howard for a Proton Cannon attack!

He can also switch to his X Form, which works more like a normal fighter, only very cheap. If he enters his X Form, kiss your ass goodbye.
