It started in 2006 (2007 in NA, EU and AU) in Japan with the release of Chocobo Tales on the DS. Then, in 2007 it came to the Wii with the release of Chocobo's Dungeon. It was later released in 2008 in NA, EU and AU. This year, it saw a sequel to Chocobo Tales and a port of Chocobo's Dungeon, both on the DS. They will be released in NA, EU and AU sometime in 2009.
