She says it's to sue them, but she actually takes people's info and spams   more...it all over the Internet with a bunch of fake crime stories. Cheryl stalks and harrasses anybody and everybody online every day and night almost every minute she is awake. She's always threatening to sue anyone for everything. She tries to intimidate people with this crap. She even claims she can sue Google and Youtube for banning her due to her terms of service violations.  less

Cheryl Shuman has been spamming and including in public blogs the full names, addresses and phone numbers of people such as a residential daycare and also of a 75 year old woman, born in 1933. She is   more...putting those people at risk of identity theft or attempting to invite other unknown crime to such private locations.

Thanks to God! Fortunately, I came out of everything "not too bad". I spoke with the neurologist, (who is great by the way) and the only fractures are in the T-5 vertabrae. In other words, part   more...of the middle back from what I understand. I can walk! Yippee! There is no permanent paralysis! Another Yippee and a Thank You God! The only bad thing is I have to wear a full back and neck brace for a minimum of 8 weeks possibly more depending on how I heal. I wanted to make this video to update you and thanks to special people that called, sent flowers and cards.

My first television appearance. Can you figure out which one is me? People who know me personally know that I was born and raised near the tri-state border of West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio. Some refer   more...to the area as the gateway to the Appalachian Smoky Mountains. It's a beautiful area, however, many look down on our culture and residents because we are poor. One of the most important lessons that I have learned thus far in my 48 years, is that money does not make someone a better person. A human beings character is not measured in dollars nor pounds nor the kind of car they drive, the dwelling that is their home. True human character and values such as integrity, honor, respect, good will, honesty and family values are the true wealth that measures a person. I am proud of my past, present and future and I hope that the lessons I have learned in life inspire others to be the best person that they can be.

Some people refer to my life story as a rags to riches back to rags story... you can be the judge if you wish.

In this video you will see me along with my staff and some of the interns that I personally financed bringing them to Los Angeles as their benefactor/sponsor. In this particular video, I was negotiating the Dukes of Hazzard deal with American Lemans. The quality of video is not great, because it was shot by some of the interns, but I thought you might find the subject matter interesting :-)

Paris Leaves Jail After Three-Week Stay

LYNWOOD, Calif. (June 26) -- It's back to the not-so-solitary-life for   more...Paris Hilton, who walked out of jail early Tuesday into a gathering of cameras and reporters, flashing a beaming smile and waving to the frenzied crowd.

The 26-year-old celebutante wrapped up her three-week stay at the all-women's jail in Lynwood at about 12:15 a.m. She had checked into the Century Regional Detention Facility late June 3, largely avoiding the spotlight, after a surprise appearance at the MTV Movie Awards.

Hilton smiled and waved as she filed past sheriff's deputies and the media, her blond hair pulled back in a braided ponytail. Her parents, Kathy and Rick Hilton, waited in a black sport utility vehicle. Hilton hurried to the vehicle, where she hugged her mother through the SUV's window.

The heiress, who was wearing a sage jacket with white trim over a white shirt and skinny jeans, didn't respond to reporters' questions, but said "hi" to some of the spectators.

"She fulfilled her debt. She was obviously in good spirits. She thanked people as she left," said sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore.

Chased by photographers in the air and on the street, Hilton eventually made her way from the jail to her grandparents' home in Los Angeles' ritzy Holmby Hills area north of Sunset Boulevard.

The star of the TV reality series "The Simple Life" planned to appear on CNN's "Larry King Live" on Wednesday.

Hilton will complete her probation in March 2009 as long as she keeps her driver's license current and doesn't break any laws. She can reduce that time by 12 months if she does community service that could include a public-service announcement, the city attorney's office has said.

During her stay at the Lynwood facility, Hilton was mostly confined to a solitary cell in the special needs unit away from the other 2,200 inmates.

After spending only three days there, she was released to home confinement by Sheriff Lee Baca for an unspecified medical condition that he later said was psychological.

The following day, Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer, who sentenced the hotel heiress, called her back into court and ordered her returned to jail, saying he had not condoned her release.

Hilton left the courtroom in tears calling for her mother and shouting, "It's not right!"

She was then taken to-days in jail. She was released after three weeks for reasons including good behavior.

As I had mentioned to you guys, I'm rebuilding my company after my illness and opening up internships to those I feel are deserving, hard-working, ambitious and those that really just need a break. I've   more...even considered doing one week internships with some of you guys so you could come out with me to Los Angeles, New York or Las Vegas or wherever we happen to be working at the time. I thought it might be cool for you guys to actually "come to work with me" and hang out, help me with the cameras, or help me to give out celebrity goody bags backstage.... whatever we might need to do. What do you think?
