Here's the car with the new diff fitted. Sorry I haven't managed to edit the first half where I'm sitting at a junction.

My Caterham turned out to have a noisy diff when it was completed. Caterham replaced it under warranty and it's fine now. Here's what it sounded like before it was replaced.
