Captain America was gunned down by a sniper on the Courthouse steps, fighting against the Governments mandatory Superhero registration program. He was a very human Superhero, revealed most acutely in   more...Marvel's unusual comic called "Heroes" depicting 9/11, where he felt completely helpless and could not save anyone.

Was a subtle political point made? Is America the America that he fought to protect?
Or am I just reading too much into it?

in us and canada this show was a failure,there is no DVD or eps for dawnload

A misunderstanding on Mars provokes an alien race called the Mysterons to declare a war of nerves on Earth.
