Prepare your bird with a Cajun rub. Bring the oil to the correct temp. Keep the dogs away or they will spill the whole thing and ruin thanksgiving for everybody. Connect the hanger to the pole that   more...connects to the plate at the bottom of the bird. Set it in the fryer SLOWLY or it will boil over causing a fire when the oil hits combustable stuff.
