Sidor Belarsky came to America in 1930 from Russia. Here is his rendition of "Reizele" set to photographs of one spectacular sunset.

At the end   more...of the street lives my darling Reizele. At even tide I pace back and forth 'neath her window and whistle "Come! Come!" The window opens and Reizele answers. All ajoy I pace back and forth cracking nuts while I impatiently await her. "Come! Come!" I say as I hear her mincing footsteps on the stair. At last she is down. I kiss her forehead. "I love you, Reizele: I love the house you live in, even the little stones around your house" but hear, her mother's calling, "Reizele, come, come up." Happily I depart cracking nuts and singing. Her tiny footsteps patter up the stairs and all is silent. "Reizele. my dearest, come to me in my dreams tonight! Come,come."

Sidor Belarsky came to the US in 1930 from Russia. He taught singing at Brigham Young University for 4 summers. He later became very well known as a singer of Hebrew folk songs.
