The government and military solved the "ducting" problem by releasing an aerosol, a mixture of barium salts into the atmosphere over America. They made an atmospheric RF duct with a base of   more...barium aerosol from aircraft. The chemical and electrical characteristics of the mixture will cause water moisture to stay in clouds. Again, the aerosol sets up an electrical and chemical environment that supports RF ducting for the RFMP / VTRPE warfare system. Fibers with barium may support ducting. The mixture of barium salt aerosol, when sprayed in a straight line, will also provide a ducting path from point A to point B and will enable high frequency communications along that path, even over the curvature of the earth, in both directions. Enemy high frequency communications can be monitored easier with the straight line A to B ducting medium.

Sempre più spesso vengono segnalati elicotteri neri privi di contrassegni che evoluiscono sopra i centri abitati anche a quote relativamente basse. Gli elicotteri, dotati di strani congegni, sono osservati soprattutto dopo massicce irrorazioni chimiche.

Molti si chiedono quali possano essere i motivi di questi voli, in aree in cui non erano mai stati avvistati elicotteri militari. Compiendo ricerche nell'ambito della questione relativa alle scie chimiche, i cui scopi sono molteplici, essendo le chemtrails un'arma polivalente, crediamo di poter spiegare almeno una delle ragioni per cui questi aeromobili sorvolano spesso le zone urbane e rurali.

Esiste un progetto della Marina militare statunitense denominato RFMP, ossia "Pianificatore delle frequenze radio di missione". RFMP è il nome di sistema dato ad un gruppo di programmi informatici. Uno dei sottoprogrammi, nell'ambito di tale sistema, è il VRTPE che consente di osservare su un monitor il campo di battaglia in una configurazione tridimensionale. Il sistema RFMP dipende dai satelliti per ricavare e caricare le immagini del terreno di combattimento, per poi combinarle con l'immagine ripresa a terra, producendo così rappresentazioni tridimensionali. Il sistema RFMP funziona adeguatamente solo sull'acqua e lungo le linee di costa, ma non sulle masse terrestri, perché il radar per operare al meglio, ha bisogno di condizioni atmosferiche particolari. I militari hanno risolto questo problema, impiegando squadriglie di aerei che rilasciano nell'atmosfera una miscela di sali di bario, così da creare un canale per le frequenze radio. Ciò produce un ambiente adatto alla trasmissione di onde radio per il sistema RFMP/VTRPE. Questa tecnologia è stata usata dalla Marina statunitense sia in Arabia Saudita sia in Iraq."

Sembra quindi di poter concludere che gli elicotteri, attraverso dispositivi ad hoc, riprendono e registrano immagini tridimensionali del territorio. Tracciano mappe di aree, nel quadro di simulazioni belliche, in vista di futuri conflitti? Pare di sì. Vengono realizzate raffigurazioni tridimensionali delle regioni in cui precedentemente sono stati sparsi i sali di bario. Tali regioni appartengono al Nord America, all'Europa, all'Australia, all'Asia...: non vorremmo neanche prendere in considerazione l'agghiacciante ipotesi di un teatro bellico mondiale...
