The government wants to hamper creativity. It was to go after the pirates and possibly prosecute people   more...who use copyright material for AMVs. The government could search your computer in a download case.
This is ridiculous, I try to keep myself legal but I need DRM free files to make AMVs wiht. I buy legal copies of all my digital video.

Thanks a lot Hillary Clinton; you want to hamper digital creativity in the name of "fighting digital piracy". Obviously, they'd rather chase down digital pirates than chase down Osama Bin Laden.

I'd be more worried about Osama blowing us up than pirates trying to sell knockoff DVDs at flea markets. This new law could SERIOUSLY hamper creativity and take away Fair Use for AMV makers, who DO purchase the games from which they use footage for AMVs and Songvids.
