Ernie has a licorice whip that he offers to share with Bert. He divides the licorice in half with a pair of scissors, but   more...then discovers that Bert's half is longer than his. He cuts off a little bit of Bert's half, and eats it. Then he discovers that his own half is longer than Bert's, and that's not fair, so he cuts a bit off of his own, and eats it. Ernie goes back and forth, shaving off more and more, until the licorice whip is gone.

The Mysterious Nose-Snatcher

Bert says that he and Ernie are looking at the "Mysterious Nose-Snatcher." Ernie, disagreeing,   more...walks closer and closer to the camera to see. His face begins to black out the screen...but when he moves back into view, his nose is missing!

I recently watched Ed Wood again (killer flick) and it got me thinking: it would be a lot of fun (and great practice) to shoot an Ed Wood-inspired Christmas horror film (for those   more...who don't know, Ed Wood is generally considered to be the worst filmmaker in history).

So I decided to quickly write, shoot and edit the lowest-budget Christmas horror film ever made (in every sense possible). From this, "A Bert & Ernie Christmas (Ed Wood Style)" was born.

Anyway... the movie is really quite terrible so, in that sense, I succeeded :) The lighting is pretty bad (didn't have time to use the 500w setup), the framing is off in parts, one shot is totally out of focus, the sound is uneven and the acting is horrid. Eat your heart out Ed Wood!

Ernie eats the ice cream that Bert was saving for later. Ernie tries to pass off a smashed up banana with ice and gravy for   more...Bert's chocolate ice cream. Bert doesn't believe it, but then Oscar comes in with two ice cream cones, needing to give one of them away, but then gives them both ice cream cones in exchange for what Ernie made.

When Ernie wants to eat a few cookies before dinner, Bert insists (rather rudely) that he should wait until *after* dinner instead. Ernie claims not to know what those words mean, so Bert uses the covered   more...cookie dish to demonstrate. (Ernie, naturally, takes advantage of the lesson and pigs out after all...)  less
