Beltane Fire Festival is an annual participatory arts event and ritual drama, held on April 30 on Calton Hill in Edinburgh. It is inspired by the ancient Gaelic festival of Beltane which was historically   more...held on May eve and marked the beginning of summer. The modern festival was started in 1988 by a small group of enthusiasts including the musical collective Test Dept., with academic support from the School of Scottish Studies at the University of Edinburgh.

A (very) short prayer for Beltane (summer). It is adapted from a Mowhawk prayer and I found it in The Celtic Prayer Book Volume 3 by Ray Simpson. The visuals are taken from the area around us - had a   more...bit of fun trying to find some mist, for once! The music track is six minutes long originally and is great as a focus for a meditation.  less

e cirkel van de Godin is een stichting van autonome heksencirkels die samenwerken volgens een basis gedachten goed. Via onze website willen wij duidelijk maken wie wij zijn, hoe wij werken en wat onze   more...doelstelling is.

De Cirkel van de godin is ontstaan vanuit de Heksenschool , die in 2002 is opgericht via een door gekregen boodschap om alle vrije heksen bij elkaar te brengen.

Nu 5 jaar verder , zijn er 24 heksen cirkels actief verdeeld over geheel Nederland.

En zijn er een aantal Solitaire heksen werkzaam over verschillende landen

Wij noemen ons eclectische heksen die op een traditionele manier werken.
