I made this short video with the music used from the Day of Black sun Kiss and the Cave of two lovers music. :3 I call this music "The Kataang Theme song" because it's seems to have been played   more...in 2 important Kataang moments. :3

Avatar vid. with 'Angel Theme Remix'

So I was searching Youtube today, hoping to find the commentary for the Avatar finale, when I suddenly had the random urge to try and play the Kataang theme from the final scene of the series. I’ve wanted   more...to figure out the chords and stuff ever since the finale aired, but for some reason I never had the motivation to do it until now.

Anyways, this is what I got about an hour or so later, after listening very intently to the song over and over again. I tried to make it sound as close to the actual theme as possible. The background strings were prerecorded.

Also, I don’t take piano classes or anything, so if my finger positions are wrong, that’s the reason why. I did write out some sheet music…if you could call it that, I guess. It’s more like my own style of composing. I basically wrote out the letters instead of actual notes (since I can’t read bass clef that well), and there’s no staff or measures…it’s kind of written on regular line paper. ^__^; If you know how the song goes, then it shouldn’t be too hard to understand. Let me know if you’d like a copy and I’ll be happy to send it to you. :)

I’m not sure if I’ll be doing the second part of the theme…it’s a bit hard to hear all of the chords, but I’ll see what I can do.

But seriously, I had fun with this one. The music is from the Battlestar Galactica opening which I've always liked, and when I listened to the drums in the last half and compared   more...it with some of the Avatar battle music (especially the music in the season 3 trailer) I knew I had to do this. This would make an awesome opening for Avatar, wouldn't it? SO... this is my tribute to two of my favorite American series.  less

Yep, way for me, in the middle of making a ton of vids, to download "Bender   more...Battle" and be totally inspired to do this. One day, and it's done. I like it though, it's fun. I recommend watching swan2swan's "It Sucks to Be Me" vid right afterwards. The two songs blend so well ('cause they're supposed to, in the actual musical it goes right from this to that...so...it works...)
