My first attempt at some serious video editing. :3

I finally got a computer upgrade on Friday that could handle Sony Vegas, so I’ve been working on this practically nonstop since then. I’ve wanted to make   more...a video for months – the agitation built up and exploded into this. :D

I’m 98% happy with this video. I wanted swooshes and booms for the text, but I just couldn’t find the right instrumentals to fit the song. Other than that, I’m really proud of it. Nothing can express the awesome epicness of Avatar, but despite that, it was sure as heck a blast to make this.

It starts off a little slow, but trust me, it gets better. Comments and critique are appreciated - I worked extremely hard on this, so it'd be awesome if I got some feedback. :)

This is my finale trailer. It doesn't look so much at the action sequences we love Avatar for; it more focuses on my favorite aspect: the way the characters have grown and changed. I wanted to have the   more...entire thing done before July 12th, but that may not be possible. So I'm uploading part 1 now, and will add the finished version when I finish it over the next couple of days. Well I edited the audio and tweaked it a bit, it came out much better in my opinion. its better then all my other trailers combined. This comprises all of Book 2 Earth and is focused on more...Aangs   more...Journey, Earth Bending, The Drill, The Dai-Lee, Bah-Sing-Se,the search for Appa,the Library, and the final part of the Season 2 finale. Please tell me what you think, in the form of a comment, this took me longer then I could ever imagined for a trailer so enjoy!!!  less

VICTORY!!!

I finally was able to (mostly) fix the issues I was having with the project file. I tried to put it back into the format I usually use to save video files... and clearly there was a negative   more...impact on the video quality here. Gahhh. I'm so sorry guys... this has just been a nightmare. I hope you still are able to enjoy this... I honeslty don't know what else I can do at this point.

You may notice that there are very very small differences between this version and the version on youtube, which mostly has to do with the project file glitches. I wanted to try something a little different with the end, as well. I hope you don't mind! If you hate it, you can always watch the original on youtube.

So anyway, I found the song a while ago on a video about the US Olympics teams, and I fell in love with it. With all the music by this company, actually. They're pretty awesome. Unfortunately, like Audio Machine, you CANNOT get their music anywhere. Even limewire gave me a hard time.

There are two incredibly awesome instrumental versions of this song. I previewed them both for my Avatar-watching friend who shares my love for orchestrated pieces, and she told me to use the "no guitar" version that relied entirely on violins because it had more emotion in it. I am so grateful for her opinion sometimes... she was absolutely right. Now, I prefer this version over the one I had planned to use originally. Thank you, Emmy!

This is a trailer-esque... thing. It has no talking, no lyrics either, I like it this way because it gives you a chance to hear the true power of the music. Remember that, young AMV makers: make your music work for YOU.

An Avatar video with the song Dance with the Devil. I actualy started this over a month ago but forgot about it. When I found out that I hadn't finished it I really didn't feel like finishing it. So sorry   more...for the not-so-great ending. The story behind this is that Aang has to fight to devils in Avatar; Zuko/Azula. And he has to find out which one is truly evil. It turns out that Zuko is not the true devil, and the last quarter of the video is about how he helps Aang to defeat the true devil Azula.

This trailer ended up taking a lot longer than I thought it would..It’s kind of a trailer leading up to the finale..and a trailer of the finale..So it’s kind of a mix and match sort of thing. I’m pretty   more...pleased how it came out, so I hope you all enjoy! Oh..and I’m really sorry I couldn’t include Sokka..He didn’t really have a distinctive action scene that would fit into the trailer... So..I’m sorry in advance for that!
