Lawrence's credit is at stake as he is given a two day limit to repay his debt.

Lawreence hires the shepardess Nora to safely guide them safely to Rubenhaigen.

Lawrence and Holo travel to the town of Poloson where Lawrence tries to sell his pepper, but during the exchange Holo reveals that the man buying the pepper attempted to swindle Lawrence.

With Holo and Lawrence still underground, they soon realize that they are slowly being surrounded and Lawrence even gets stabbed while running with Holo.

After a bit of negotiation with the leader of Milone, Lawrence is able to strike a deal with them so that he can get Holo back.

Lawrence has uncovered Zeelen's plot, and enlists the help of the Milone Company.
