I was angry last Monday about the issue with the program & I decided to take it out on the punching bag. I decided to video it just to have fun while putting it together, tho I guess it's okie. I   more...had done another one with some other song but that is on private till I decide to let it public. I haven't done this in a long long time...just about 10 years. I'm a lil sore, a lil rocky right now.

This is my first attempt at making a video, When I made the music I tried to time it but I am not sure how it went.

I see I have no music. I spent hours creating a piece of music getting it just   more...right , timing the video, editing and all that went with it.
The Video is about half as long as it originally was, but this is it.

PS after making this I have come along way in dealing with things and I am doing much better now.
Working with everything has taught me self control. ti has also shown me that no one is especially me.
I have lowered my expectations to a more human level.
