Prepping the two-seat Spitfire at Duxford, odd way to tow a plane but it is a tail-dragger. Whenever you visit Duxford you get a 'free' airshow - one of the many airworthy planes there will be air-tested   more...or returning from an airshow etc. A good mix of old and new too.  less

On July the 10th, 2006 a TU-134 was taking off from an airport in Ukraine when, possibly as a result of a bird strike, one of the engines failed and caught fire. The pilot attempted to abort the takeoff,   more...but the plane overran the end of the runway and burst into flames. Out of the 20 occupants, only 3 were injured and the rest walked away with no injuries.  less

Far from the somehow dusty sound of   more...the 70's, the NuDisco scene reinvest the disco imagery, somewhere between abstract, electronic, and dance music...more "djable" as some of the bproducers say. Giorgio Moroder is not so far.
Discover the NuDisco extended family. On top of new and original “NuDisco” productions, the scene integrates the many processes of Re-Editing. The idea behind the Re-Edit is to take an obscure and forgotten track (Disco, Funk, Psychedelic Rock, Early Electro) and reshape it, rearrange it, play with it, in other words: rebuild it entierly to make it sound like 2008.

The objective of team SmartFish is to develop and commercialise a revolutionary   more...general aviation aircraft technology that is highly innovative in terms of safety, economy and emotion. This technology can be used for a wide range of applications, from UAV to high performance sports planes to business jets that can accommodate up to 20 passengers.
